DESCRIPTION
Conscious cooking retreat for Gergiovden (St. George’s day)

DATE: 5-7 May, 2018
PLACE: Sonya hotel, Pavel Banya

A retreat dedicated to healthy vegetarian cooking and yoga; a journey into the world of tastes, aromas and colors: pure food prepared with love.

We learned new recipes, we cooked together with Desie and got to know some of her culinary secrets (based on Ayurveda, vegan and vegetarian cuisine, Bulgarian traditional cuisine and more). We were a community that prepares lunch and dinner together.

Combined with the mineral waters around Pavel Banya, the yoga activities and the pleasant company, this weekend became the perfect alternative vacation for St. George’s Day. The good food brought us joy and freshness, yoga practices nourished the body, meditations satisfied our mind and spirit, and nature calmed our senses.
